    Beautifully decorated accommodation with best staff from cleaning service to the concierge. Marvellous and handy location near the train station which is the most convenience in a comfortable area. Extremely close to Chinatown and other tourist attractions.

    The Location was unbeatable, for the good deal that I managed. Comfortable bedding and neat rooms.

    The reception area was chaotic... unclear directions provided initialy resulting in being stuck in the service lift... but they were apologetic .. overall pleasent experience.

    This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the fast wi-fi, comfy air conditioning, and the friendly 24-hour reception. I still remember when the staff helped me recover my forgotten headphones on my first stay.

    Excellent location as transport to all of our chosen destinations was quite easy to access. Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean and well serviced. Staff extremely friendly and helpfull.

    everything is good here, had a fairly nice stay for two nights. it is centrally situated to all the attractions in sydney.

    I had a problem and the staff were most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble to make sure my needs were accommodated and handled smoothly, professionally and courteously. Otherwise, my stay was most enjoyable - the beds were very comfortable and even though I was in the centre of a capital city, the hotel was quiet.

    Old and tired decore. Stuffy had a stale smell as if airconditioning was not working. Bed did not have duvet on top instead a mattress protector was being used as duvet

    Difficulties with booking two rooms. Remote did not work in one room, and phone in the other.

    Whilst staff tried to be helpful, I found the experience frustrating. Stayed previously but not sure if we would stay again.
